Ashtanga Yoga with Naw

Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. The systematics, dynamic and individualistic yoga practice supported by breathing and movement. It is not only physical practice but also transformative method that bridge between mind and body.

 

Yin Yoga with Ae

Subtle practice which stimulating the meridian energy lines in the body. Focusing on the three foundational principles of Yin Yoga:

  1. Grounding

  2. Holding

  3. Relaxation

 

Philosophy and Breathing with Matthew Sweeney

Finding more depth and making sense with mind-body practicing.

 

Ayurveda: The Science of Life with Justin Robertshaw

"Yoga" means union in Sanskrit, and a definition of "Ayurveda"is the wisdom of life.

Explored together, these complementary practices can offer us transformative tools that foster greater health and vitality.

In this workshop, you we will bring Ayurveda alive and take from intellect into self knowledge via hands-on experience. Learn how to practically apply Ayurveda—not just in to a yoga practice, but also in life: Lifestyle, Diet and beyond.
