Introduction to Permaculture
1-Day Course
Learn the core principles of permaculture design
and how you can apply it in your life—
in any location and on any size property
Permaculture is more than just organic gardening—it's a holistic design philosophy that works with nature rather than against it. By mimicking natural ecosystems, permaculture creates sustainable, resilient, and productive environments that benefit both people and the planet. Whether you have a small balcony, suburban yard, or rural property, permaculture design principles can help you create abundant food systems, reduce waste, conserve resources, and foster biodiversity while building community resilience.
This one-day immersive course combines theory and practice, allowing you to understand the "why" behind permaculture design while gaining hands-on experience with the "how."
You'll leave with practical skills that can be immediately applied to transform your living space into a more sustainable, regenerative system that works in harmony with nature.
Through hands-on workshops, you'll learn:
How to create the best organic compost for you, based on the time, location and resources you have available
How to build a garden bed in any environment and on any surface, that you can plant in that same day.
This course is suitable for all levels of experience. No prior experience necessary.
